Terms & Conditions

• We ask that all accounts be settled within 28 days upon receipt of the invoice, except upon prior arrangement. Our drivers are not permitted to take payments.
• Failure to pay within the specified time will result in the addition of interest at 5% above National Westminster Bank Base Rate applicable on the day in question.
• We reserve the right to pass on any outstanding debt to a third party and reclaim any costs incurred by ourselves.
• Jon Gittins Chauffeur Services and its drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry any guest whom they consider to pose a threat to the health or safety of the driver or any other passengers.
• Whilst every care is taken with guests' luggage, Jon Gittins Chauffeur Services regrets that we can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests' own property.
• All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• We require a non-refundable 20% deposit with all wedding bookings and we ask for the balance to be paid 14 days prior to the wedding.
• Jon Gittins Chauffeur Services holds full Chauffeur Insurance (copies available upon request).
